Preface
Praise always we pray toward the presence of God Almighty. Because of His mercy and His grace we can finish one task of the paper is "Formation of vowels and consonant" in subjects phonology. This task discusses several methods of learning in a language that aims to determine the application of the vocabulary of the learners whose characteristics vary different task was proposed to fulfill the tasks subjects phonology.
